Fox announced summer tour dates for this season's contestants of "American Idol". The 11 singers are going to play around 45 shows across the country.
Instead of having only 10 cast like the previous one, this traveling show will see 11. Thia Megia, Stefano Langone, Scotty McCreery, Pia Toscano, Paul McDonald, Naima Adedapo, Lauren Alaina, James Durbin, Jacob Lusk, Haley Reinhart and Casey Abrams will start the tour on July 6 in West Valley City, Utah.
They will stay on the road for the remaining summer until September 10 in Rochester, New York.
Lauren Alaina, Scotty McCreery, Haley Reinhart, Jacob Lusk and James Durbin are this season’s American Idol top 5 finalists after Casey Abrams was eliminated on the April 28 result show.
