Hollywood A-listers and fashion royalty attended The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s annual Costume Institute Gala to honour the work of late British fashion designer, Alexander McQueen in an exhibition titled “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty” on May 3, 2011 in New York City.
