Things are not always as they seem in Hollywood. We expect a certain amount of glamour and glitz from our stars. Tales of natural vs. plastic are spun. Even most of the resistant celebrities fall prey to the look of perfection determined by the top plastic surgeons.

1. Beyonce:

3. Madonna:
In the split screen image before and after photo proves that exercise and diet are more than what’s needed to keep a youthful image.
